01What happens during the free 15-minute call?

It is a relaxed conversation, not an assessment. You can ask questions, briefly describe what you are looking for, and get a feel for how I work. By the end you will know whether this approach feels like a suitable fit. There is no obligation to book afterwards.

02How long is a counselling session?

Individual and student sessions run for 50 to 60 minutes. Couple, family and career sessions run for 60 minutes. The free introduction call is 15 minutes.

03Is counselling confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us. The only exceptions are if there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else's, or where the law requires disclosure. We go through exactly what this means in the first session.

04Can I reschedule?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to move or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours, please contact me directly.

05Can I book online?

Yes. Every service can be booked on this site and every session happens online. Choose a service, pick an available date and time, enter your details and pay securely for paid sessions. You will receive a confirmation email straight away.

06What happens after my first session?

We will talk about what felt useful and whether you would like to continue. Most people find a weekly or fortnightly rhythm helpful at first. You are free to pause or stop at any time.

07Can I book a package?

Yes. Packages of 3, 5 or 8 individual sessions, and a 4-session couples package, are available at a reduced price. Choose the package when you book your first session; later sessions are then booked without paying again until the package is used up.

08How do I book my next session?

After each session you will receive an email with a secure link. It remembers your details, so you can pick your next time in a few taps. You can also book from this site at any time.

09What happens if I need a different kind of professional support?

If it becomes clear that a psychiatrist, psychologist or another specialist would serve you better, I will say so and help you find the right support. Counselling is not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.
